Mallorcan Dry Herb Liqueur.
Hierbas de Mallorca. Dry. 44% vol is defined as an aniseed spirit obtained mainly by extracting aromas from various plants on the island, for example - fennel, rosemary, lemon verbena, chamomile, lemon tree, orange tree, and balm.
The origins of these stories can be traced back to monasteries, where friars produced a wide range of brandies and spirits with herbs and fruits.
The herbs are collected in Mallorca in May at dawn and macerated for at least 60 days. Afterwards, distilled aniseed, made in our century-old stills, is added to them.
