El Mesclat. is a very popular drink in Mallorca, especially during slaughtering season and for the festivities of Sant Antoni and Sant Sebastià. It is a combination of our dry aniseed liqueur with Palo Liqueur, from which it gets its characteristic black color.
It continues to be made in our cellars following the same traditional recipe and without adding artificial chemicals.
